Through the Pleiades…

You see clearly the glory of nothing

and stand, inexplicably there.

Through the Pleiades is an original abstract sumi-e painting created with ink, water, brush, and spaciousness. Fresh from the sumi table, this work carries the immediacy of gesture — swift, expressive, and alive with the movement of brush and breath.

The painting is unmounted and offered in its original paper form, allowing the collector to frame or mount it according to their own preference. In the spirit of my Meditations in Ink series, it invites quiet attention, spaciousness, and a sense of being drawn through mystery toward what cannot quite be named.
